The team was established one year ago, and everyone has worked well together. However, three months ago, three members left the team due to changes in their roles. Over the last two months, three new members have joined the team to replace the members who left. Since the new members joined the team, there has been tension and disagreements among the members. Sam, one of the team’s original members, is discouraged and wants to leave the team.
