Using this APA template Download APA template, write a 350-500 page paper discussing the following:
Leadership and the leaders’ ethical missteps that led to the loss of lives and created environmental damage.
How the oil spill could have been avoided through the use of crisis and continuity management.
Your paper should be 350- 500 words, (excluding title page and references), double-spaced, using a 12-point font and 1-inch margins, . Correct language mechanics (i.e., grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, word usage, and citations) are worth up to 11% of your grade on this assignment.
Do not include the words “level” and the numbers; just add your section titles there. Those are part of the template, to show you where the next level comes. Just write the title of the section, just like you would if you were filling out a form and it says “Name,” you put your name there. Same goes for any instructions in the template, like “Click here,” or “Linked below…”
